Essential Criteria

1. Has demonstrated experience working as a business analyst on data integration and reporting projects and can understand business drivers and expected outcomes 25 %

2. Extensive experience eliciting and defining requirements for complex IT systems including a sound understanding of system interoperability, database structures and data flows between systems 25 %

3. Can communicate effectively and translate between business and technical terminology, including the ability to negotiate outcomes and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Can deliver reports 25 %

4. Is capable of assessing numerous inputs and business requirements from key stakeholders and executives, assess and analyze, and then make sound decisions and recommend an appropriate course of action or solution. 25 %

Desirable Criteria

1. Experience capability in both Oracle and Azure technology stacks with respect to the data lifecycle 100 %
