Job brief

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations requires experienced Developers (Multiple) to work as part of multiple Agile delivery teams to deliver multiple projects.

Developers (Multiple) will work in Agile teams in our high-profile software development projects. This is a fast-paced environment, and we require an enthusiastic, professional Developers who has experience working on large, complex projects.

We are looking for a range of Developers in the fields of:

  • .Net Developers
  • Full Stack Developers
  • Dynamics Developers
  • CRM Developers
  • Drupal Developers

Other responsibilities include:

  • Participate in requirements analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
  • Write clean, maintainable and scalable code following Departmental standards and practices
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Test and deploy applications and systems
  • Improve and maintain existing software
  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Essential criteria

1.Demonstrated industry-based knowledge and experience in the delivery of complex large-scale applications and web services using Microsoft technology stacks including: · .NET Core / .NET 5,6,7 · SQL Server 2014 and later, · Experience with Visual Studio 2019 / 2022, Visual Studio Code or Jetbrains Rider · Experience with Azure DevOps · Microsoft Web API / REST Architecture

2.Solid working knowledge of SQL, with a demonstrated ability to code queries of varying complexity.

3.Demonstrated ability to effectively use communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships in a challenging IT environment.

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a flair for creating innovative solutions. Experience working in an Agile software development environment and experience using Agile development toolsets.

5..NET Developers · Microsoft Web API / REST Architecture · Modern JavaScript frameworks such as Typescript / JQuery. · Reactive frontend frameworks including React, Vue or Angular · CSS frameworks including Bootstrap · CI/CD Practices · Experience with PowerShell automation

6.Dynamics CRM Hands-on development experience on large scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM based projects: · Creating CRM custom workflows and plug-ins, · Integrating MS CRM with other software. · Writing FetchXML queries · Experience with AdxStudio Portals and CSS frameworks, including Bootstrap
