Role Description
(Activity/Services that must be performed)
The Supplier Personnel must provide the following Services:
- Takes responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements
- Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate business analysis methods, tools and techniques; selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches
- Stakeholder collaboration to conduct investigations for aspects such as business requirement specifications
- Captures business risks
- Evaluation and performance monitoring and reporting
- Develop governance frameworks for aspects such as LXP content creation and auditing
- Conduct auditing
- Qualitative and Quantitative data analysis
- Knowledge transfer to internal APS staff
- Other tasks as directed

Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements
The Supplier Personnel must meet the criteria required for the SFIA code/s and level and have the appropriate skills to carry out the services required.
