Role Description

(Activity/Services that must be performed)

The Supplier Personnel must provide the following Services:

  • Takes responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements
  • Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate business analysis methods, tools and techniques; selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches
  • Stakeholder collaboration to conduct investigations for aspects such as business requirement specifications
  • Captures business risks
  • Evaluation and performance monitoring and reporting
  • Develop governance frameworks for aspects such as LXP content creation and auditing
  • Conduct auditing
  • Qualitative and Quantitative data analysis
  • Knowledge transfer to internal APS staff
  • Other tasks as directed

Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements

The Supplier Personnel must meet the criteria required for the SFIA code/s and level and have the appropriate skills to carry out the services required.
