Overview

Summary of work to be done:
goals and objectives to be achieved:
- To enable and maintain the implementation of RPA solutions to several business areas thus automating highly manual business processes
- Expanding the RPA capability to deliver Document Understanding/OCR functionality. This will be achieved by running targeted Proof of Technology (PoT) projects.

The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
· Contributing to the planning and delivery of accurate, comprehensive, timely and value-add business analysis,
organisational change, and research products in support of the RPA project objective;
· Conducting business process analysis in a timely manner while managing competing priorities within the project stream developing high quality documentation including Process Definition Documents, RPA Suitability Assessments, Benefits Realisation Plans and Test Strategies and Plans;
· Documenting detailed RPA business requirements clearly and precisely in the form of high level, detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria;
· Leading the development of high-quality presentations of compiled analysis, through written and other presentation methods as required;
· Working with project team and suppliers to maintain a backlog of business requirements;
· Undertaking effective and efficient testing cycles thus ensuring a fit for purpose product/work package implementation;
· Supporting developers and testers during Agile sprints by explaining requirements, answering questions (or escalating to business), and triage bugs (as well as assist or lead root cause analysis);
· Supporting business users during UAT;
· Analysing existing business process documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs), understanding current state processes and working with business to define and document potential options for future-state RPA solution.

Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Departments recordkeeping policy and practices.

The Specified Personnel will also be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
· High level and detailed business requirements documents;
· Functional Specifications;
· Technical Specifications;
· Automation Benefits Realisation Plans;

· RPA Suitability Assessments;
· Technical Documentation such as Process Definition Documents and Solution Definition Documents;
· Use Case model and Use Case specifications;
· Test strategies and plans.

Essential Criteria

1. Strong customer service focus with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders and management. Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organisation.

2. Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures.

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Assertive and confident raising action points with senior staff and the ability to work independently, with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the RPA team.

4. Ability to rapidly grasp processes and identify potential RPA solutions and work with individuals to understand and build detailed process maps and business requirements documents.

5. Ability to integrate leading practices on process discovery and mapping into the day-to-day delivery of business requirements documents.

6. Minimum 3+ years experience supporting business process documentation with business owners and SMEs across multiple geographically disbursed teams.

Desirable Criteria

1. Have UiPath-specific expertise either through 1-2 years of experience or UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) certification.

2. Knowledge of RPA technologies and spectrum of best practices with process automation and operational excellence

3. Experience working on major projects and in particular RPA implementations with a Machine Learning capabilities such as Document Understanding/OCR.
