Technical Delivery Engineer
Job Description:

The Delivery Controls Officer will be required to perform and/or have responsibility
for duties including, but not limited to:
Work with Platform stakeholders and SPOs to understand the delivery
needs, requirements and constraints for the systems.
Develop long term installation schedule and continuously monitor and
update.
Assist with rollout scheduling, dates, timeframes and personnel.
Coordinate engagement and delivery meetings between the WSO and
external stakeholders.
Assist with developing and documenting the ICT delivery documentation.
Support the Delivery team to conduct various installation working groups.
Participate and contribute to Delivery team meetings and other various
meetings and reviews.
Analyse and document business/functional processes.
Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies,
and escalate where necessary.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project support/management.
Experience coordinating, supporting and delivering for multi-million dollar
ICT projects.
Experience dealing with schedules, Risk Reduction Activities, capturing
Lessons Learned, budget and resource tracking.
Attention to detail, with ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with
demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with
stakeholders, projects and business areas.
Experience working within the Defence environment.
Technical coordination and/or technical understanding.
Experience with, or knowledge of the Defence ICT Strategic direction.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
