Job Description:
Australian Citizens With NV2 Clearance hybrid role previous defence experience preferred
The Security Compliance Specialist, will be required to perform and/or have responsibility for duties including, but not limited to:
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify, develop, document, and validate the system management, patching, security monitoring/alerting of systems across the project networks.
- Assist deployed stakeholders/SME to collect and evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness and accuracy for system management, patching and security monitoring/alerting of various project networks.
Generate security status reports on periodic basis (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly) for Continuous Monitoring activities.
Supporting the Warfighter Applications Product Line through the provision of SME advice on Continuous Monitoring activities and security procedures, including access and account management, security incidents, performance metrics, system availability, etc.
Support and assist both security and technical SMEs in other areas by ensuring effectiveness of measure to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability of the environments in operation, including the maintenance and audit of various information security registers.
Review and recommend improvements to existing continuous monitoring activities and security procedures, such as patching processes and monitoring processes, key management process, asset management, account management, etc.
Support the development of security artefacts for accreditation, including research and investigation of regulatory and security requirements.
