• Manage and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management and data cleansing
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes
• Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud
• A good understanding of integrating external data sources to Marketing Cloud
• Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and journeys
• Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms
• Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing automation is integrated with other systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality, and make recommendations for improvements
• Provide training and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
