Essential criteria1. Required skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products incl Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio to produce documents, presentations, diagrams, and infographics. Ability to follow departmental style guide in preparing documents. Ability to research, author and present technical and business documentation Experience and knowledge of how to convey complex information using plain English Experience working with business and technical specialists Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to engage key stakeholders around the business Experience writing training materials2. Ability to design and implement software solutions using one or more of the following technologies/tools: CA GEN; IET GuardIEn.3. Strong personal qualities including well developed communication skills, an ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; sound prioritisation, time management and organisational skills. Must also have strong personal drive and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
