Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

Specific Criteria:

The following specific criteria apply to this position:

1. Essential:

1. ITIL Foundations Certification or higher

1. Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex work or outcomes in cross-functional team environments.

1. An unrestricted ability to deploy to ADF military installations in support of constructive training events.

1. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences.

1. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with frontline IT staff.

1. Ability to conduct his or herself in a manner reflective of ADF values.

1. 1-2 years industry IT experience, military experience or combination of the two. Alternatively, vocational qualifications in a closely related discipline.

1. ADF Military experience, in either NCO or Commissioned Officer roles.

1. Understanding of ADF Joint Doctrine.

1. Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in Continual Process Improvement.

1. Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) vendor certification, or higher.

Security Prerequisite:

It is a prerequisite that the Information Technology Security Manager Coordinator Level hold an NV2 Security Clearance. This requirement may be waived if the candidate holds NV1 and is deemed suitable to apply for NV2, as per AGSVA eligibility guidelines.
