Overview

The National Anti-Corruption Commission is seeking a skilled and diverse technical business analyst with proven experience. The successful candidate will define requirements for various, infrastructure, software and cloud projects within the current ICT Capital Program of Work and will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Demonstrated experience in ICT focused business analysis.
  • Highly developed liaison, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, focusing on informing and absorbing information appropriately.
  • Independently lead and facilitate discussions and/or workshops with a wide variety of business and technical stakeholders, ensuring a common understanding and definition of requirements.
  • Define, develop and demonstrate these features for both technical and non-technical audiences through process maps, diagrams, user stories, business cases, acceptance criteria or other project and design artefacts.
  • Maintain a line of continuous and transparent conversation with business areas, facilitating feedback and improvement in order to represent the views of the business to the broader delivery team, supporting the delivery of a quality, fit-for-purpose outcome.
  • The successful candidate will be working with business and technical project staff who have varied knowledge and experience in an Agile software development environment.
  • Understand Commonwealth procurement guidelines.
  • Graduate, bachelor degree as a minimum.
  • Strong coaching skills.
  • NV1 security clearance.
