APS6 Senior IT Continuity Lead Service Management Officer
Job Description:

Essential criteria
1. ITIL Certification and a strong understanding of service levels.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in service continuity and disaster recovery (DR) within a medium/large organization ICT environment.
3. Experience in service continuity and DR planning and testing
4. Strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across business and technology teams.
5. Extensive understanding, and ability in applying recognized industry toolsets and frameworks associated with business continuity management such as ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management; Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) etc.
6. Ability to implement new procedures and processes to improve efficiencies
Desirable criteria
1. Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and present to executives.
2. A strong commitment to learning, continuous improvement, and a passion for service continuity and DR.
3. Experience with working with governance, risk and compliance systems and tools.
4. A solid grasp of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance.
