EL1 Assistant Director Customer IAM

 Job Description:

Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond. Must obtain/maintain NV1 clearance.

Essential criteria

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to CIAM and identity governance.
  • Proven experience in strategic leadership roles, with a focus on customer identity and access management.
  • Experience in leading CIAM teams and projects.
  • Experience in any CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and Akamai, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Hold a positive attitude towards people with disability, aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.

Desirable criteria
