Job Description:

Requirements of the Role:
a. Provide strategic capability and project management with sound understanding of project management frameworks.
b. Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures applicable to area of work.
c. Undertake risk management activities for area of responsibility.
d. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders including with stakeholders that are geographically dispersed.
e. Develop and implement work plans, schedules, performance indicators and review individual, team, and business performance.
f. Demonstrated experience working in integration projects.
g. Experience in stakeholder relationships.
h. Ability to apply judgement when working with highly complex and/or sensitive issues
i. Experience in collaboration with building schedules, risk, budget, and resources
j. Experience in the preparation of briefings, submissions, reports and high level writing skills
k. Experience working with high performing teams
l. Demonstrated decision-making skills and judgement
m. Any other tasks as necessary
Essential:
a. Electronic flight bag user experience,
b. Capability management experience, and
c. Hold and maintain a current NV1 clearance.
Highly Desirable:
a. Knowledge/experience of air C2 systems/applications;
b. Project management experience;
c. Military aircrew experience;
d. Military staff officer experience;
e. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; and
f. Ability to work in a team.
