Overview

The National Anti-Corruption Commission requires an enterprise solution architect with at least 10 years experience. The successful candidate will perform technical leadership against various, infrastructure, software and cloud projects and will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Accountable under broad direction to undertake work with a high level of complexity or sensitivity that delivers quality outcomes across ICT.
  • Strong technical leadership with responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.
  • The role provides leadership, communications, control, planning, resource management, stakeholder management and recommendation making on behalf of the broader ICT function.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to plan and manage programs successfully.
  • Developing and maintaining relevant roadmaps, reference models, principles, standards and other related Enterprise Architecture artefacts, as required to assist with reaching organisational consensus and commitment to the future direction for the technology execution within and across the Commission.
  • Conducting presentations of Enterprise Architecture reference models, principles, policies, standards and roadmaps to a diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Understand Commonwealth procurement guidelines.
  • Graduate, bachelor degree as a minimum.
  • Strong coaching skills.
  • NV1 security clearance.

Essential Criteria Weighting

1. Demonstrated experience in creating solutions (IaaS/PaaS, SaaS) within AWS, Azure or GCP and integrating with data centre services (Hybrid solutions) with detailed technical knowledge of the Azure cloud platform.

2. Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale, cross-organisational initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

3. Assist project stakeholders to understand the expected inputs and required technical resources needed for successful design.

4. Provide internal advisory services on ICT matters, for investment recommendations, business cases, and contributing to briefs, risk assessments, committee papers and reports as required.

5. TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification is desirable.
