Establish and maintain a system of governance of the engineering deliverables;
c. Manage the program of engineering work to ensure performance is achieved in accordance with the contracted milestones, cost and schedule;

e. Monitor and govern the established engineering systems, processes and performance for compliance with Defence Seaworthiness Management System (DSwMS);
f. Provide a value-adding conduit for, and interpretation of, advice to stakeholders regarding risks associated with engineering systems or platforms to support safety and compliance;
g. Monitor and govern the establishment of critical information gaps and engineering gaps in engineering systems and processes, and recommend improvements under current contracting arrangements;
h. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project, system or platform outputs;
i. Govern the engineering deliverables and outcomes provided under the current contracting arrangement on the assessment, configuration management and acceptance of design solutions to ensure adherence to engineering standards for safe and reliable operation;
