Duties

• Lead the Agencys Microsoft 365 Services delivering innovative ICT with other third-party vendors.
• Design and lead the migration to Exchange Online.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, vendors & executives.
• Implementation and management of technical change management activities.
• Key contributor to the design and implementation of an operating model that reflects new ways of working.
• Serve as a Microsoft 365 technology Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Design, build, deploy and support the Agencys communication solutions.
• Investigate complex technical problems assigned to the team and engage others to assist in addressing such problems.
• Engage with business stakeholders at all levels to manage service delivery, building strong relationships and managing service reviews.
• Foster a positive culture within the ICT Services Branch, aligned with Agency values.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide education and knowledge to more junior teams and colleagues.

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrated 8 years' experience working Microsoft 365 Services with Unified Communication Platforms, with substantial project design and deployment experience including producing key design documentation.
• Expert technical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange both on-premises and online.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and administering Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• Understanding of the ACSC Information Security Manual (ISM) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
• Demonstrated high level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to difficult and complex problems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with version control and DevOps paradigms.
• Demonstrated experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Ability to define successful new product requirements and implementation strategies.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 services and technology.
