Overview

The National Anti-Corruption Commission is seeking a project manager with at least 10 years experience. The successful candidate will manage various, infrastructure, software and cloud projects within the current ICT Capital Program of Work and will have demonstrated experience in the following areas are expected to deliver against these:

  • Strategic direction: provide strategic direction on the projects, ensuring alignment with Business and ICT objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to plan and manage programs successfully. Focus on delivering results within scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Governance Compliance: Ensure compliance with governance arrangements associated with ICT projects and programs in the department.
  • ICT Objective Alignment: Ensure the program meets the objectives of ICT strategies and key policies.
  • Vision and Collaboration: Build and promote the program vision, fostering a collaborative yet decisive approach to delivering project objectives and benefits.
  • Manage the delivery of multiple projects using Agile methodology.
  • Manage program implementation and resource plans, execute and manage project deliverables and costs.
  • Understand Commonwealth procurement guidelines.
  • Graduate, bachelor degree as a minimum.
  • Strong coaching skills.
  • NV1 security clearance.
