The BRM will need to:
- Have outstanding people skills and broad experience in building and maintaining pipelines of engagement activity through to the successful delivery of a product or service;
- Be a motivated self-starter and work with broad direction as a part of a larger team;
- Be comfortable operating as a hands-on relationship manager, engaging in communications up to senior levels in eligible entities;
- Negotiate effectively (within guidelines) to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in the minimum amount of time;
- Have significant experience in a like-role within government or industry; and
- Bring an established network of contacts across government that will contribute to your success.

Essential Criteria
1. Experience developing and using stakeholder engagement strategies to build productive relationships and networks within Australian Government agencies and industry. 25 %
2. Experience leading effective engagement activities with Australian Government stakeholders in order to achieve WoAG ICT program outcomes. (NB This experience should include large group engagements at the senior leadership level). 25 %
3. Working experience using best practice customer relationship management practices to communicate effectively and consistently with a wide range of stakeholders. (NB This experience should include the administration of customer and engagement details across a range of internal stakeholders and systems). 25 %
4. Experience identifying, recording and communicating relevant engagement metrics for internal stakeholders. (NB This experience should include developing and maintaining reporting dashboards highlighting engagement metrics). 25 %
Desirable Criteria
1. An engagement role in the development, procurement, or deployment of a large ICT system in the Australian Government. 33 %
2. Experience with Australian Government cyber security practices, including the standards, documentation and processes that are typically engaged within an ICT environment. 33 %
3. Experience using cyber security products to deliver cyber security outcomes in the Australian Government. 34 %
