The Specified Personnel will be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:

• Project Schedule;
• Project Implementation Plan;
• Project Management Plan;
• Benefits Management Plan;
• Stage plan;
• Baseline Change Requests as required and if applicable;
• Statement of Requirements;
• Transition Plan;
• Log of all agreed changes to business practices and processes in accordance with the relevant program Schedules;
• Weekly status progress reports for assigned deliverables.

Essential Criteria

1. Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager minimum of 5 years.

2. Prior experience aligning project delivery and planning to the Departments project management framework and the broader Program objectives.

3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders (e.g business sponsors and service providers)

4. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality and well-considered reports, briefs and correspondence to Government, senior committees and Senior Executives.

5. Experience working in complex and dynamic environments across multiple projects at the same time.

Desirable Criteria

1. Ability to take the initiative and work autonomously.

2. Experience in setting up project management office structures in government organisations.

3. The ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
