Executive Officer

 Job Description:

1. Minimum 10 years of Architecture experience with broad technical knowledge, including demonstratable experience leading the design of complex enterprise class platforms.

2. Experience leading and driving the architectural design for Enterprise class CRM and/or Large scale integration projects, with Salesforce experience preferred

3. Excellent listening, communication and stakeholder management skills, must be able to translate business capability into technical requirements.

4. Experience balancing project and program, project and organisational goals, as well as tactical and strategic drivers.

5. Act as the business conduit into the ICT function for design and requirements resolution.

6. Extended experience in integrating Salesforce.

Desirable criteria

1. Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification

2. Industry experience across health or insurance sectors, or other related industries with large customer bases and complex supply chain interactions.

3. TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification; Azure or AWS cloud experience

4. Previous experience as Enterprise Architect, Programme Lead Architect as well as experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments
