Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum five years of experience in Configuration Management roles.

Hold a firm understanding on the internal workings of Defence ICT.

Experience using the Defence Service Management System.

• Experience using Configuration Management Tools with practical knowledge of Change, Configuration, and Asset Management (ITIL V4 practices).
• Attention to detail with the ability to create high quality documentation and Procedures.
• Practical knowledge of Change, Configuration, and Asset management (ITIL V4 practices).
• Ability to work in a fast based environment across a range of short, medium,

and long term priorities

• Experience in deploying and using software discovery applications including Defence software audit and compliance processes.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• ITIL foundation, intermediate, or expert certification.
• Experience using the Defence Service Management System and/or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (including working remotely), and to prioritise effectively.
