Essential:

• Deep demonstrated experience working as an Engineering Technical Lead inside complex and/or largescale ICT Projects/programs.
• Sound knowledge of System design concepts and methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of Network Design concepts and methodologies.
• Foundational knowledge of Architecture Design concepts and methodologies.
• Foundational knowledge of Security Design concepts and methodologies.
• Practical Agile / DevOps / Scrum experience.
• Experience in requirements elicitation across stakeholder communities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve deliverables within challenging and tight timeframes.
• Sound Knowledge of all technical aspects of appropriate systems design methods, tools and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches, and ensures they are applied effectively.
• Sound knowledge of DevSecOps toolchain implementations.
• Sound knowledge of virtualisation and containerisation.
• Sound knowledge of VCF architecture and tools.
  Test and Evaluation experience

Desirable:

• Australian Government, Defence, or Defence Industry experience
• Successfully delivered a Product inside a complex and/or largescale ICT Projects/programs.
• Cyber Security Project engineering roles.
• Software Engineering Experience
• Broad technical information technology knowledge
• ISM experience
• ITIL/ITSM experience
