• Create, execute, and report on high-quality performance test artefacts such as requirements matrices, performance test cases, defects etc. and adhere to section standards and guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training to Junior and Trainee members of the performance test team.
• Create and maintain documentation to support performance test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the performance test team.
• Initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships between the performance test team and the ICT Division, business, and operational areas.
• Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
• Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the performance test team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation.
• Provide limited technical advice on applications, systems, environments, data and tools (etc.) to the performance test team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
