1. Extensive experience (5 years+) undertaking technical system and integration testing of large-scale systems, using manual or automated testing methods. This is not a job for user interface testers. 40%2.
2. Experience working in an Agile software development environment as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, and experience using Azure DevOps toolset 15%
3. Strong personal qualities including well developed communication skills, an ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, sound prioritization, time management and organizational skills. Must also have strong personal drive and commitment to delivering quality outcomes. 15%
4. Experience is testing Azure applications, making use of Azure portals, storage and other Azure resources. 30%

Desirable criteria
