ICT Procurement Manager
Job Description:

Required Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience in government procurement (Commonwealth) specifically the preparation and review of procurement documents including: approval documents, requests for quote, evaluation reports, work orders and purchase orders
- Proven experience leading and managing procurement processes (e.g. ICT assets, systems integration providers, services consulting)
- Experienced in developing and managing supplier contracts and resolves problems using vendor and procurement management expertise
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of government procurement, legislation and organisational procurement policies to conduct ICT vendor management
- Ability to prepare procurement documentation, undertake sourcing strategies, and support evaluation and client contract negotiation
- Analysing cloud spending, identifying cost savings opportunities and implementing cost optimisation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understands the commercial IT environment
- Must hold and maintain a minimum NV1 clearance
- Must satisfy a Nuclear Mindset Suitability Assessment (NMSA)
