EL1 Business Implementation Manager

Essential criteria
1. Demonstrated expertise leading hands-on engagement with Data and Analytics business areas as a senior Business Implementation or Change Manager
2. Demonstrated expertise constructing a detailed plan of activity to support the business to identify and respond to impacts to their business areas in a Data and Analytics context
3. Demonstrated expertise undertaking current state and future state business process analysis to identify changes to support business readiness activities such as operational procedure updates, training needs, etc
4. Experience leading a team of business analysts and change analysts to support impacted business areas through the business implementation activities
5. Experience working with, and positively influencing, internal and external stakeholders to autonomously identify and overcome delivery risks and issue
6. Experience managing and maintaining a project schedule to ensure dependencies with other delivery teams are identified and managed to prevent risks and ensure a quality outcome
Desirable criteria
1. Hands on data analysis skills using contemporary analytics capabilities (e.g. SQL, Python)
2. Experience using Clarizen project management tool
3. Experience using contemporary project documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
4. Experience writing detailed business requirements and business process documents
