Job Description:

Essential criteria
1. More than 5 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
2. Experience/Exposure with Salesforce Industries including Omni Studio
3. Exposure to OOP and Apex (Triggers, Controller, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements.
4. Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder
5. Demonstrable strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, patience, and an understanding of how their role impacts the overall customer experience is essential.
Desirable criteria
1. Platform Developer 1 Certification or Omnistudio Certification.
2. Exposure to HTML, CSS and JavaScript is added advantage
3. Work within an Agile delivery methodology.
