Essential criteria

1.Experience within Technical/Functional Analyst Saleforce/Mulesoft role within a large ICT environment.

2.Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues

3.Experience in the delivery of services in a similar environment.

4.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships across the organisation
