Overview

The Program Architect Fraud Domain, is responsible for ongoing development of systems architecture blueprints for projects across the fraud domain, with specific focus on delivery of the data processing, service enhancement and digital transformations required to improve NDIAs fraud detection and compliance objectives.

The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver high quality solution architectures that are fit for business purpose.
  • Align solutions with Agency goals and objectives and Enterprise Architecture reference models, principles, policies, standards, and roadmaps.
  • Working alongside the fraud & integrity teams and related solution stakeholders to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain technical oversight and helps solve complex issues arising during project delivery, and ensure alignment is maintained with the enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate technical decision making.
  • Present the project solution at approval at the relevant Governance Councils.

Essential Criteria

1. Excellent facilitation, listening, communication and stakeholder management skills.

2. Broad technical & architectural background delivering solution architectures for projects; experience balancing project and program, and organisational goals, as well as tactical and strategic drivers.

3. Experience working on fraud detection projects, including working with payments systems, large data integration platforms, and integrating fraud detection with existing enterprise platforms and assets.

4. Ability to translate business capabilities requirements into technology requirements.

5. Proven record of accomplishment in leading architecture solution development with at least ten years' experience operating as a lead solution architect.

6. Ability to engage technical delivery teams to help delivery solution design, whilst also being able to facilitate design review and decisioning conversations with senior business executives and project sponsors.

Desirable Criteria

1. Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory.

2. Experience leading fraud detection and compliance improvement transformation programs and integration of these solutions into existing enterprise class platforms and assets.

3. TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification and Azure or AWS cloud architectural certifications

4. Experience in Cloud, UML & exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
