Junior Information Technology Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Administrate User Hardware (windows, mac)
• User IT Support
• Network Administration (routers, switches, access points, printers)
• Server Administration (windows, linux)

Requirements:

• Expert Windows 10 user (roles, settings, common issues)
• Experienced with assembling/disassembling hardware (ram upgrades, hdd/ssd replacement)
• Eagerness to learn

The ideal candidate must:

• Be a natural problem solver and must take own initiatives
• Have excellent eye for attention to detail
• The ability to work independently as well as take or give direction in a team environment
• Work well under pressure
• Effectively handle tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests and shifting priorities.
