Our client, a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in Europe, is now expanding into the UAE market and is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing company and play a key role in their expansion into the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Control document flow and correspondence for the company
- Fill up invoices; receipts; SPA; booking forms, EOI
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
- Manage various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and suggest improvements when necessary
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role with a developer
- Knowledge of process DLD registration and OQOOD registration off plan
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
