About the job Sales Broker - Real Estate Development
As a Sales Broker, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the company by connecting with potential buyers and sellers, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and leads through various channels such as referrals, networking events, and online platforms
- Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest real estate trends and developments in Dubai
- Identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers by understanding their needs and preferences
- Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for both parties
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales process
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Broker in the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its regulations
- Familiarity with CRM software and online marketing tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid real estate license in Dubai
