Warehouse Operations & Sales Manager

Our client is a leading global freight forwarding and logistics company, and a major player in polymer-based freight forwarding, with operations across the US, UAE, India, Amsterdam and Singapore. They are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & Sales Manager to join their team in UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing complete set up, operations and business development of warehouses in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete set up and operations of warehouses.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase warehouse sales and profitability.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping/receiving.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations and sales to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management in UAE.
• Proven track record of increasing warehouse sales and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
