Our client is a leading Business Set-Up Services Consultancy in Dubai, with 15 years of experience in helping businesses establish and grow in the UAE. They offer a range of services including company formation, PRO services, and visa processing, to name a few. Their team of experts is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable solutions to clients, making them a trusted partner for businesses in the region.

They are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultants to join their team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling business set-up services to potential clients within the UAE. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue for the company.


Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility is to increase sales by acquiring new customers and achieving the sales target month on month

- Facilitate cold and warm calls to identify and prospect leads

- Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers

- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value

- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

- Source and work customer referrals

- Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Market all the services of the company

- Suggest and develop relevant content for the purposes of marketing.

- Propose and add new business ideas and product lines to enhance the business

- Attend networking meetings to generate leads and make new contacts.

- Maintain a record of all inquiries and replies sent to prospective clients

- Carry out PRO work for clients such as assisting with company applications and renewals, assisting with visa formalities, medicals and stamping.

- Carry out supplementary lines of work that may be carried out from time to time on behalf of other clients.

- Provide updates to the company top management as per requirements.



Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of business set-up services within the UAE.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations is preferred.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
