Our client, a leading and highly reputed name in bakery ingredients and products, operating since 25+ years across 10 countries, are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join them.

This role is based in Muscat, Oman and requires prior experience in HoReCa sales of bakery ingredients industry in Oman. The areas of operation would be (not limited to) Muscat, Salalah, Sohar and other surrounding regions.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for bakery products in the Oman market. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in the HoReCa industry, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the Oman market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HoReCa industry
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the company on product development and pricing strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development in the bakery ingredients industry in Oman
  • Experience in HoReCa sales is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the Oman market and its key players in the bakery ingredients industry
  • Willingness to travel within Oman for client visits and business meetings
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
