Position Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will manage property sales transactions end to end, foster strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. This role demands effective collaboration with real estate agents, clients, and essential stakeholders to meet sales targets - resulting in a holistic real estate experience and high standard of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion 
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team 
  • Develop new business opportunities in various geographical territories with indepth research and strategic planning 
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales agents in order to help them develop their skills and grow their careers 
  • Respond promptly to company-generated leads, inquiries, and referrals 
  • Present and prepare compelling presentations 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions 
  • Coordinate with allied teams for necessary paperwork and ensuring initial payments are made by clients in a timely manner in accordance to sales purchase agreements 
  • Showcase properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns ethically in-line with our core values 
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless, positive and holistic experience 
  • Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends 
  • Ensure compliance based on company guidelines and policies Turn challenges into growth opportunities 
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to explore future business prospects 
  • Ensure all team members are compliant with legal requirements and company policies

Professional Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Minimum 2 to 3+ years experience with a brokerage firm or real estate developer 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proactive, can do and result driven attitude 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent 
  • Candidates having property sales experience in off-plan and demonstrated ability to support multiple launches in the market preferred 
  • Fluency in English. Other languages such as Russian, Arabic, German, French, Chinese, & Hindi will be an advantage 
  • Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role 
  • Strong work ethic, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Familiarity with CRM software, CMS and other sales progression tools 
  • Valid UAE driver's licence 
  • Abide by the company's code of conduct, appear presentable, well-groomed and professional at all times
