HR Generalist

Our client, a leading medical equipment and solution provider in the UAE healthcare sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
• Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate and conduct performance evaluations and assist with employee development plans
• Manage employee offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records
• Assist with the development and implementation of training and development programs
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
