Finance Manager

Looking for a highly experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our client. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards

- Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts

- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions

- Lead the budgeting process and monitor budget performance

- Manage the company's tax planning and reporting

- Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team

- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets

- Manage the accounting team and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Proficient in financial software and MS Office

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
