We are looking for an Account Manager, experienced in account management or project management within a marketing, communications, or creative agency, to support our client, a forward-thinking brand and marketing agency based in Abu Dhabi.

Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

Experience working on government or large corporate accounts is required


Overview

The Account Manager supports the day-to-day coordination of a specialist government programme. This role manages brief intake, tracks deliverables, liaises with the client on operational matters, and ensures the production team has what it needs to deliver on time and to standard. The role suits an organised, proactive individual with agency experience who is ready to operate in a structured client environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day brief pipeline and job tracking for the programme
  • Serve as the operational point of contact with the client for routine queries and approvals
  • Coordinate between the on-site team and the agency's strategic and creative leadership
  • Track deliverable progress, timelines, and approval status
  • Maintain programme documentation and status reporting
  • Support the preparation of presentations and meeting materials
  • Flag risks and issues to senior management proactively


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or project management within a marketing, communications, or creative agency
  • Experience working on government or large corporate accounts is required
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
  • Experience working in the UAE is required
