About the role
We’re growing fast and on the lookout for a passionate IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1 year of experience to join our team! If you love connecting top tech talent with exciting opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top IT talent through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, collecting necessary documents, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

What would you need?

  • 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.

  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals & ATS).
  • Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings.
