Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquires and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide product information.
Education and Experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficient in computer applications
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- some experience in a call center service
