1.Project Overview
Erawin Project consists of construction of four production wells, four flow lines connecting the above-mentioned wells to EWT area, Connecting Pipeline from EPF “manifold” to the early production facilities, Manifold and Pig launcher at EPF area, Export pipeline from EPF area to NC 115B area, with telecom system and block valve stations, Pig receiver, fiscal metering skid, metering control room, containerized substation, and DG package at the receiving point of the export pipeline.
2. Scope of Responsibilities
Supervise all field personnel related to Mechanical and valve works located in Wellpad area, launcher area and receiver area as required to successfully complete the project safely, on schedule and within budget, maintaining the highest quality, while administering good construction practices with all on-site activities.
3. Primary Duties
- Responsible for supervising all piping field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
- Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems. Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
- Monitor daily construction details and daily progress in his area. Prepares schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list.
- Oversees the implementation of work packages, from approval to work thru package closeout and post-maintenance testing.
- Maintain the highest quality standards while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately. Regularly participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and daily Jobsite walks and keep a meticulous record of these.
- Prepare reports and forecasts relating to construction progress, job manpower forecasts, etc.
- Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures and with the project objectives for safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and cost. Provide solutions to subcontractors’ problems in order to achieve the successful execution of the project.
- Responsible for the implementation of construction work processes, project procedures, and instructions within assigned operations.
- Ensure that the material handed over to the Subcontractor is controlled, preserved, and issued for the intended purpose.
- Serves as a coach and mentor for less experienced staff
- Ensure all permit-to-work systems are implemented. Serve as Permit applicant (and area authority where required)
4. Minimum requirements
- 10+ years prior experience in the oil & gas or related industry specifically in an international
- E&C company with a diverse workforce in multiple disciplines
- Good leadership, communication, and problem resolution skills
- Commitment and ownership of HSE
- Relevant degree or diploma
- Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:
Experience working in the Middle East, and/or North Africa
Prior direct-hire construction experience
5. Work contacts
Frequent internal and external contacts including Client and Subcontractor Personnel
6. Physical effort and work location
Works on the construction site with not less than seven hours or 70% of their working day in the field working with us and Subcontractor supervision and craft personnel.

Responsible for the completion of discipline activities within schedule and budget requirements
8. Decision-Making Authority
Has the responsibility to take decisions relating to allocated work scope to ensure completion to schedule, quality, and budget
