1. Scope of Responsibilities
Assist The camp and Catering in overall daily camp operation.
2. Primary Duties
- Closely monitor the daily caterer's Kitchen activities, during food preapartion and during meals serving .
- Enforce Health and Safety regulations at all times.
- Enforce company agreement's terms and conditions with the caterer and report any non-compliance.
- Closely monitor the housekeeping for accommodation, recreation, and other general and common facilities in the camp.
- Oversee Camp and Catering Administrators and assistants and provide guidance where necessary
- Provide regular reporting on pertinent Camp and Catering matters
- Handle the man-days report, and maintain an updated report for camp occupancy.
- Maintain the daily camp reports, occupancy, man-days for management review at any time
- Attend to all maintenance requests, staff complaints and supervise the maintenance team to apply the corrective action on time.
- Implement and record the formalized Catering inspection procedure
- Make sure corrective actions have been taken on the highlighted points following each inspection report, and report non-compliance.
- Implement the Camp and Catering Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure high quality of the products and service provided.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with project management, clients, and staff
- Maintain an updated inventory for company assets for all accommodation and kitchen equipment, fixture, and other related items.
- Perform other tasks as required.

4. Competencies/Knowledge, Skills, and abilities
- hotel and Restaurant Management
- Refer to HR/OD Competency Management System ( CMS)
- Knowledge of food, food hygiene (Including HACCP)and food preparation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills including the ability to build strong relations with management, clients, and staff.
5. Physical Effort and Work Environment
Duties performed on site office, require daily visits to all camp facilities.60% of the time on the computer
