MEDICAL INDUSTRY COORDINATOR (NORTHERN REGION)

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide an exceptional level of service to customers.
• Design industry-specific strategic customer service plans.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Negotiate pricing and sales contracts with customers and industrial groups.
• Develop, implement, and monitor local and global negotiations and agreements.
• Specify the brand in new investments and projects.
• Collaborate with national and international personnel (subsidiaries).
• Develop and promote improvement proposals for various customers.
• Increase market share with each customer.
• Manage the development of new products and/or special products.
• Identify business opportunities and drive the adoption of new technologies in projects.
• Schedule and coordinate product promotion events (DemoVan, Workshops, Mini-panels, etc.).
• Plan and facilitate training sessions on new technologies relevant to the industrial sector.
• Conduct thorough mapping of processes in target customer plants.
• Monitor and analyze the competition.
• Prepare and deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations.
• Generate comprehensive result reports for senior management.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid US visa and passport.
• Advanced level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Availability for training abroad (6 months).
