FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    Cultivate and maintain excellent long-term relationships with clients.
    Maintain continuous communication with Tesla's global team, including representatives from the USA, Germany, China, and Japan.
    Identify and engage key Tier 1, Tier 2, and OEM partners.
    Develop and manage negotiations and agreements, ensuring successful outcomes.
    Ensure brand specification in new product launches and projects, including face lifts.
    Generate and promote improvement proposals across various areas of the plant.
    Increase market share in each area of focus.
    Manage the development of new products and/or custom solutions to meet customer needs.
    Coordinate and execute product promotion events, such as DemoVans, Workshops, Mini-panels, and more.
    Plan and facilitate training sessions on new technologies that are relevant to the company.
    Design strategic service plans for each area of operation.
    Conduct thorough mapping and analysis of plant processes.
    Monitor and analyze competitors within the industry.
    Prepare and deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the functionality of our equipment.
    Compile and present comprehensive result reports to supervisors and management.

      PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
      • Willingness to travel.
      • Valid US visa and passport.
      • Advanced level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
      • Availability for training abroad (6 months).
