FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide an exceptional level of service to customers.
- Design industry-specific strategic customer service plans.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Negotiate pricing and sales contracts with customers and industrial groups.
- Develop, implement, and monitor local and global negotiations and agreements.
- Specify the brand in new investments and projects.
- Collaborate with national and international personnel (subsidiaries).
- Develop and promote improvement proposals for various customers.
- Increase market share with each customer.
- Manage the development of new products and/or special products.
- Identify business opportunities and drive the adoption of new technologies in projects.
- Schedule and coordinate product promotion events (DemoVan, Workshops, Mini-panels, etc.).
- Plan and facilitate training sessions on new technologies relevant to the industrial sector.
- Conduct thorough mapping of processes in target customer plants.
- Monitor and analyze the competition.
- Prepare and deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations.
- Generate comprehensive result reports for senior management.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Valid US visa and passport.
- Advanced level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Availability for training abroad (6 months).
