Hi! We're Smartsourcing, and we're looking for a full-time, onsite Sales Performance Manager to optimize sales team performance through data-driven insights, operational support, and continuous process improvement. In this role, you'll help turn data into action, strengthen sales strategies, and ensure teams are equipped to achieve consistent and measurable results.

About the Role
This role oversees sales support workflows, performance monitoring, and reporting, while enabling sales leaders and team members with actionable insights to improve productivity and achieve targets. The position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient sales operations, accurate performance tracking, and continuous improvement of systems and processes. The role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership, supporting both individual and team performance through structured guidance and operational
excellence.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse individual and team sales performance metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Salesforce).
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
B. Sales Operations & Support Management
- Manage sales support inbox and address requests from the sales team.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and queries.
- Support day-to-day sales workflows and coordination.
C. Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and systems.
- Develop and implement process improvements and reporting enhancements.
- Optimize CRM usage and reporting tools.
D. Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with sales leaders to support performance management and decision-making.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and best practices.
- Align cross-functional teams on sales processes and priorities.
E. Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Drive accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
- Share best practices and build capability within the team.
F. Planning, Coordination & Delivery
- Plan and prioritise tasks, reporting cycles, and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track progress and manage deadlines.
G. Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks related to sales operations
- Maintain data integrity and system accuracy.
H. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Readiness and Digital Enablement
- Maintain baseline AI literacy relevant to their role, including the ability to understand, use, and evaluate AI-supported tools for work efficiency and decision-making.
- Use approved AI tools and digital systems in compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, information security standards, and client confidentiality obligations.
- Apply sound judgment in AI use by validating outputs, avoiding overreliance, and ensuring accuracy, fairness, and professional accountability for all work delivered.
- Participate in required AI readiness trainings, upskilling programs, and continuous improvement initiatives as part of Smartsourcing's innovation and learning culture.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement through automation, digitization, and responsible AI integration within their scope of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience in sales operations, sales support, or performance management
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience analysing sales data and performance metrics
- Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
