Hi! We're Smartsourcing—and we're looking for an Offshore Sourcing Specialist to join us full-time, onsite. This role goes beyond sourcing—you'll deliver market insights, conduct calibrations for complex roles, and support Consultants with strategic screening to ensure we connect with the right talent at the right time.

About the Role

Role Purpose:

The Offshore Sourcing Specialist serves as a dual tactical and strategic sourcing consultant. This role works with data and insights to influence sourcing and screening decisions. Offshore Sourcing Specialists focus on the why and where of the labor market, and provide Consultants and business leaders with the information on and access to the appropriate talent pool to build sustainable pipelines, identify emerging skills and skill gaps, and optimize the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Mapping and Analysis

  • Author monthly and ad-hoc market intelligence reports for consultants and hiring managers. Use insight gotten from said reports to synthesize competitor and candidate movements, skill and talent availability, supply-demand dynamics and other available market information into actionable executive summaries.
  • Assist business leaders in producing feasibility reports, outlining talent supplies wherever new business opportunities exist, along with potential competition and risks.

Strategic Screening Support

  • Source for and conduct technical and behavioral calibrations for high-priority, new, niche, or ambiguous roles in tandem with Consultants.
  • Build and maintain evergreen pipelines for critical and always-hiring roles using basic and advanced search techniques.
  • Act as strategic support to Consultants by providing initial screening for identified roles and providing reports on screening efforts to the relevant stakeholders.

Process Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify common candidate concerns or process gaps and share feedback with the team for improvements.
  • Support the implementation of candidate experience enhancements as needed.


About You

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with focus on sourcing and recruitment analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – to organize and write concise reports for leadership
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of candidate behavior, labor market, and HR trends
