What Youll Be Doing:

Tech Savvy: Stay ahead of the latest industry trends and innovations, particularly in IT, AI, and digital solutions, bringing that knowledge to the decision-making table.

Data Guru: Organize, analyse, and provide insights from key company data to help the CEO make informed decisions.

Digital Transformation: Facilitate the adoption and integration of new digital tools, technologies, and innovations to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Multilingual Connector: Bridge the gap between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani all while maintaining clear, concise, and engaging communication. Help track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure milestones are hit. Your eye for detail will help keep things moving smoothly

Innovation Driver: Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative solutions to improve processes, enhance services, and stay ahead in the IT industry.

Content & Communication: Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and internal communications that effectively communicate innovation initiatives, operational updates, and company goals. Youll help put our best foot forward.

Social Media Rockstar: Manage and elevate our companys social presence, sharing posts that highlight our IT solutions, achievements, and culture.

Problem Solver: Be the CEOs right-hand researcher, providing valuable insights and analysis to solve challenges and support key decisions.

What Were Looking For:

Tech-Savvy: You get IT! A strong understanding of digital technologies, AI, and how they shape business growth is a must.

Social media & Digital Savvy: Experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and understanding digital marketing? Big plus!

Critical Thinker: Youre able to think on your feet, solve problems independently, and make decisions when needed.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani is a must (middle-level fluency in all three).

Experience: 2-4 years ideally within the IT or tech space (bonus points if youve worked in a fast-paced environment).
