Purpose

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Receptionist Requirements.

- 1 year of experience in an administrative position
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
- Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong teamwork skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities

Receptionist Responsibilities.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or personnel.
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage appointments and meeting room schedules to prevent double bookings.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain an adequate inventory of office consumables.
- Ensure the office space is clean, and that tea and hot water are always available in the kitchen, as well as sufficient stock of toilet paper and towels in the restroom.
- Register contracts with clients and suppliers in the appropriate software.
- Coordinate necessary office maintenance by contacting the landlord or relevant personnel.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including the provision of access keys.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

  • Location close to the city center;
  • 5/7 working days;
  • 09.00 a.m.-06.00 p.m. working hours (including 1 hour for lunch);
  • Fixed salary.
